Hi, I'm Troy Smith, founder of Neatly Navigated Solutions.
My passion for cleaning, organization, and creating welcoming spaces began long before I started my own business. Growing up, I had the opportunity to help my family build and grow their cleaning business. From a young age, I learned the value of hard work, attention to detail, reliability, and taking pride in every space we touched. Those experiences laid the foundation for the standards I carry with me today.
As my career evolved, I gained valuable experience working for some of the most recognized luxury retailers, including Arhaus, Nordstrom, and Restoration Hardware, where I served as a Visual and Hospitality Manager. These roles taught me the importance of presentation, organization, customer experience, and maintaining immaculate environments that reflect professionalism and excellence.
Working in luxury retail gave me a unique understanding of what "clean" truly means. It's not just about appearance — it's about creating spaces that feel welcoming, organized, polished, and cared for. Whether preparing a showroom for guests, maintaining high-end displays, or ensuring every detail met brand standards, I developed an eye for cleanliness and organization that I now bring to every client I serve.
Today, I feel it's the right time to return to my roots and build something of my own. Neatly Navigated Solutions combines the work ethic I learned growing up, the high standards I developed throughout my career, and my passion for helping people create spaces they can be proud of.
